In order to avoid "rolling up", maybe I can put some weights to corners of the sheet, instead of touching it directly with my hands. Does it prevent those dents? I think dents on the corner are dispensable since everybody will cut their square filters into circles in order to put on their telescopes and get rid of the corners anyway.
After I told you about the plan, there are more people eager to join us, so maybe we will double the full sheets, so probably I will be able to use some safe zones between individual filters.
I need your advice concerning my plans if you don't mind.
Thank you very much for your interest.

Yes. You will have to do that in any case. The thing is that the Baader film does not roll up by itself. It is the included plastic and tissue sheets that do this. Once you separate and remove those, the Baader sheet stays flat and cutting is easy. The hard part is removing the plastic/tissue without denting the film. Or, like we do, cut the film with the tissue/plastic in place, but prevent the sheet from rolling back.

They will not just be in the corner. Depending on how you handle it, you will have dents in the middle also, especially near the fold of the film.
I would like to emphasize that the dents are not an optical or mechanical problem. They are only cosmetic. Baader film is very tough and you can still use it nicely even if you crumple it quite a bit. We just don’t sell the dented parts, but they are perfectly good and there is no reason to not use those parts when you cut your sheet.
I think you should get enough people to cover 1.5 sheets worth of area, and buy 2 sheets. Then if you have film left over, you can sell the rest to other people.
What you should do is cut a cardboard template for each person/piece you need. Then when you unroll the sheet, lay out the cardboard pieces in the best possible manner (starting with the largest pieces), avoiding the areas that are badly dented. Then you can simply cut around the cardboard template using a sharp craft knife. That is how we cut our smaller sheets.
What you can also do with the extra pieces dented pieces is that you can give them to other people at a cheaper price, or give them to the other buyers for free in smaller sizes to use on finders, etc.
Best wishes,
Manish
